Big Meetings in the Midwest

The Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF) drew big crowds in the Midwest at two recent Patient Education Meetings, St. Louis, MO on October 20 and Cleveland, OH on October 27.

Sixty attendees gathered in St. Louis, and 120 attended the Cleveland meeting – making it IDF’s second largest patient meeting of the year!

The many attendees enjoyed presentations from medical and life management experts. Sessions included:

Ohio State Representative John Barnes, Jr., (D) spoke to Cleveland attendees about being effective advocates with their representatives.

St. Louis volunteers were Tate Cooper, Laura Sievert, Suzanne Wagner and Karen Wheat. Cleveland volunteers were Carol Ambrosino, Katie Franks, Judie Koeth, Lucy Hicks and Mark Leventhal.
