Offered virtually via Zoom, this forum will addresses concepts of New Year’s Resolutions for individuals with Primary Immunodeficiency (PI), family members, and caregivers. Setting goals is always important; however, sometimes we aren’t sure how to set them, what counts as a goal, and how that impacts our physical and mental health. As we enter 2021, join us to discuss how to set attainable goals for the new year.
During this interactive forum, participants will:
- Learn about concepts of new year’s resolutions and how they impact mental and physical health
- Discuss useable strategies to create attainable goals and resolutions
- Prepare for a new year with an open mind and healthy start
