IDF Representatives Visit Biomat Donor Center, Promote Philadelphia Walk

Judy Kozulak, an IDF Volunteer, and Chuck Lage, a member of the IDF Board of Trustees, visited Biomat Donor Center in Reading, PA June 15.

Judy and Chuck shared their stories of living with primary immunodeficiency diseases (PI), thanked the donors and staff, and explained how they can help IDF by joining the Walk for Primary Immunodeficiency in Greater Philadelphia, September 29.

The center, which is a part of the global Grifols family of companies, took part in IDF’s THINK ZEBRA!, a fundraising and awareness campaign. To raise money, staff members sold hot dogs and cupcakes as well as a “pie” throwing contest between staff and managers. Overall, they raised $350.

Thank you to Judy, Chuck and Biomat Reading donors and staff! The visit was a part of the IDF Plasma Center Partners Program.
