IDF Volunteer Victoria McCallum, along with her husband Jim and daughter Caroline, visited CSL Plasma in Greenville, SC April 27. The family made the trip as a part of the IDF Plasma Center Partners Program, which connects patients living with primary immunodeficiency (PI) and plasma center donors and staff.
“It was such a heart-warming experience,” explains Victoria, “They rolled out the red carpet for me, which I didn't expect. They took time out of their busy day to talk with me, share and eat some cake together, and get to know my family. Getting a chance to meet the donors personally was an incredible experience! I was the one who truly received a blessing! This experience gave me renewed strength to continue with my health struggle. What an honor and what an awesome experience!!! I can't wait to visit them, again.”
Thank you to Victoria, Jim and Caroline as well as the donors and staff at CSL Plasma in Greenville, SC.
