IDF 2017 National Patient Survey Is Out

Consider Offering IDF Your Time & Input

In October, the IDF 2017 National Patient Survey was mailed out to select households. This week, a second survey packet was mailed for those who had not yet sent back a completed survey. If you’ve received a survey, please consider offering us a few moments of your time by completing the survey once you receive it.

The purpose of this survey is to learn more about how PI affects individuals’ lives. Co-developed with immunologists, the IDF 2017 National Patient Survey specifically focuses on PI diagnosis, family history of PI, access to care, treatment and overall well-being of those living with PI.

If you’ve misplaced the first packet that was mailed or did not have time to complete the survey a few weeks ago, don’t worry! You still have an opportunity to share your PI experience with IDF. The results from our previous National Patient Surveys have dramatically helped patients, families, healthcare providers and policy-makers to better understand PI. Your participation is vital.

If you have any questions, please contact IDF: 800-296-4433 or idfresearch@primaryimmune.org.
