Olivia Trueb Shares Her Story at Talecris Plasma Resources

IDF Volunteer Olivia Trueb shared her story with plasma donor Josh Pitts.

Immune Deficiency Foundation Volunteers Olivia Trueb and her mom, Jana, visited Talecris Plasma Resources, owned by Grifols, in Portland, OR March 5. They shared Olivia’s story of her Common Variable Immune Deficiency (CVID) diagnosis with staff and donors.

Fourteen-year-old Olivia did an amazing job speaking with staff and donors. She thanked them for saving her life and the lives of thousands of others with primary immunodeficiency diseases. Olivia and her mom truly enjoyed their visit. According to Jana, “the staff is amazing, and the donors are WONDERFUL!!!”
