The Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF) hosts the world’s largest gathering of people living with primary immunodeficiency diseases (PI), and we encourage you to join us June 20-22, 2019 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor just minutes from Washington, DC.

The IDF National Conference allows organizations who provide products and services to the PI community an incredible opportunity to educate individuals with PI and families about their services. *We understand that employees of organizations who support IDF are often members of the PI community, including individuals with PI and/or family members serving as advocates or in other roles. With this in mind, we encourage all attending the conference to register with their primary role in mind—a person living with PI or a family member of someone with PI; their affiliation with an organization who supports IDF, for the instance of registering for the conference, is secondary. The complimentary full conference registrations for supporters and exhibitors are for representatives of supporting organizations who are not individuals with PI or family members. Individuals with PI and family members should register as an individual with PI/family member; this includes submitting payment to IDF for all conference costs. Any applicable reimbursement would be the responsibility of the individual with PI/family member and their employer.

Conference Scholarships – Dependent on Number

The IDF National Conferences offer unique opportunities that go beyond just education and comradery. Many participants have said that the experience is life-changing and IDF would like to see all patients and families have this experience. Unfortunately, some individuals and families are not able to attend due to financial limitations. To help, IDF has traditionally awarded partial, financial need-based scholarships to individuals and families attending the conference, with a priority for those who have never attended before. The scholarships will cover three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations.

Scholarship recipients will be notified that your organization is supporting their scholarship. Supporters of the scholarships will be recognized at the conference, on the conference website and in the final program.

Support of conference scholarships are available in increments of 10 for 3-night hotel stays.
3 night scholarships - $900/each

Educational

Youth Program - $50,000 – Exclusive
Educating and inspiring tomorrow’s future, today. The Youth Program offers exciting events for children and teens attending the conference. There are educational sessions, fun activities and field trips designed just for them. Day care services will also be provided for the younger children. Support includes day care costs, activity fees, and transportation to an off-site venue on Friday afternoon. This is an exclusive opportunity for support, and the supporting organization will be recognized in print publications, applicable signage and conference website.

Session Room – $15,000
This is an opportunity to support all sessions taking place in a room for that day. This is an exclusive opportunity for support, and the supporting organization will be recognized in print publications and applicable signage.

Session Room – $5,000
This is an opportunity to support a specific session that may be of interest to your organization. The supporting organization will be recognized in print publications and applicable signage.

Research

Physician/Patient Focus Group – Dependent on Scope
With the assembling of so many top immunologists in one place, it is an excellent opportunity to gather a group of physicians together to discuss issues that are of importance to the manufacturers and researchers. The IDF Research Department has the ability to recruit and schedule qualitative research. A focus group session at the National Conference can consist of 6 to 10 specialist immunologists or patients with PI. IDF will arrange for the screening, recruitment, scheduling, facility, follow-up, and sending out the stipend-payments for the immunologists. The room for holding the focus room, lunch and beverages will be included.

Marketing

Floor Decals / Directional Footprints – $10,000
Your organization’s logo will lead the way for attendees at the conference. Offer directions to your booth or your website with your organization and/or product logo and booth number. This opportunity is for three (3) 4’ x 4’ adhesive decals, and each will be placed strategically on floor locations throughout the conference space. The supporting organization will be recognized in print publications, applicable signage and conference website.

Conference Notebooks – $25,000 – Exclusive
All conference attendees will receive an 8” x 5” souvenir notebooks, with the durability to take notes throughout the conference and take home for reference. The notebooks will be imprinted with the IDF logo and your organization’s logo. The supporting organization will be recognized in print publications, applicable signage and conference website.

Lunch (2) – $25,000 each
Lunch will be served Friday and Saturday in the Education Hall. Your organization’s name and logo will be displayed during the lunch and in the program book. Supporting organizations may provide flyers to be displayed and distributed during the luncheon for attendees to read while enjoying their lunch. The supporting organization will be recognized in print publications, applicable signage and conference website.

Lounge Area – $25,000 – Exclusive
Here is your chance to offer attendees a reprieve from navigat­ing the busy Education Hall. A lounge area will be set up outside the Education Hall, furnished with comfortable seating, and will cer­tainly serve as a meeting point for many attendees. This includes signage in seating area with your organization’s logo, charging stations, recognition on the conference website and in the conference program.

Attendee Photo Booth – $17,000 – Exclusive
The booth will be set up near registration and will be open during conference hours on Thursday and Friday of the Conference. Attendees can take photos with their friends and family, and the pictures will print with your organization’s logo along with the IDF conference logo. Your name will accompany a memory that attendees will cherish forever from the conference. The supporting organization will be recognized in print publications, applicable signage and conference website.

E-mail Blast – $8,000 ($6,000 for Gold Sponsors only)
This is a unique opportunity for your organization to send a short message to registered attendees (estimated to be more than 1,200). One e-mail will be sent to all conference attendees prior to the conference. IDF reserves the right to approve the content of the message.

Room Drop/Door Hanger $2,500 PER DELIVERY
This allows your organization to arrange for room drops or door hangers to advertise your organization’s sponsored symposium, special event, exhibit booth, etc. (This may not include promoting any company research.) This amount does not include hotel delivery or additional charges. Specialized room drops may also be accommodated but may incur addi­tional fees. IDF’s approval of all written materials, including invitations and promotions, is required no later than Friday, April 1, 2019, after which your company will work directly with the hotel to arrange room drops. Please be sure to specify your desired time to the hotel to ensure that guests receive items well before your advertised events. Please note: due to the confidentiality concerns of attendees, supporter/exhibitor information placed inside the room (via hotel staff) is prohibited. Room drops may only be slipped under the door or placed outside on the doorknob. Also note: check-in drops are not permitted.

Additional Supporter/Exhibitor Specific Programs
Please note that each day of the National Conference has a predetermined agenda with the coordinating reserved space, and this year’s venue has particularly limited space available. Although additional programming hosted by supporters can augment the conference experience, we highly encourage such programming be carefully considered. Any additional activities must be planned well in advance in collaboration with IDF (4-6 months prior to conference), be planned outside of conference agenda times, and, once approved IDF, is the responsibility of the supporter/exhibitor to coordinate directly with the hotel.
