Manager, Donor Relations

The Manager, Donor Relations reports directly to the Vice President, Institutional Advancement to support development activities, specifically but not limited to our individual giving campaigns. Major responsibilities include implementing individual giving, matching gift, and workplace giving campaigns that meet/exceed revenue and engagement goals. This position is remote with occasional required travel to the IDF office in Hanover, MD, and for conferences or events.

Program Manager, Support Services

The Program Manager of Support Services is responsible for advancing the coordination and evaluation of various support groups including facilitated support groups, volunteer-led Get Connected Groups, and 1:1 Peer Support. Working with IDF leaders, the Program Manager will oversee the growth and scale of these IDF programs. This position will serve as a subject matter expert for IDF’s virtual care and support groups. This position will require occasional evening and weekday availability to attend or help with meetings. This position is considered remote with required occasional travel for events, conferences, or travel to the home office in Maryland.
