IDF Testimony - Colleen

IDF’s advocacy efforts involve recruiting members of the PI community to present testimony before their local legislature when laws are being considered that will affect our community.
 
On October 25, 2016, Colleen Brock testified before Pennsylvania’s Senate Banking and Insurance Committee in support of SB 841 a proposed law that would limit co-insurance and specialty tiers. She told the committee of the effects that high out of pocket costs have had on her family because there is not a law to protect patients.
