Director of Operations
The Director of Operations will play a significant role in the execution of our organization’s operational strategy, systems, and cross-departmental alignment. This role is responsible for scaling our infrastructure, optimizing workflows, helping to identify and mitigate organizational risk, and ensuring our cross-collaborative processes run smoothly. They will serve as the project manager and a central point of contact for process improvement, capacity planning, and operational integration across all teams. This position is remote with occasional, required travel for conferences and periodic travel to the foundation offices in Hanover, MD.
